Guardians

• to be available to accommodate a pupil in an emergency
• to be available to accommodate a pupil at half term, unless the parents have made alternative arrangements
• if parents request it, to meet pupils off the train and escort them to their place of departure at the end of term and, if necessary, to provide or arrange overnight accommodation to cover time spent between leaving or arriving at school and the departure or arrival flights
• to come to the various school functions throughout the year and to come to meet staff and discuss the pupil’s progress
• to liaise routinely with the school over pastoral matters and keep regular contact with parents
  
  
  

All arrangements for the beginning of term, end of term and half terms should be made between the guardian and the student concerned. Taunton School International should be kept informed of arrangements using forms provided to guardians at the beginning of the academic year.
